Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of June 28-29, to liquidate the contents of a home with Antique and Mid-Mod Furnishings; Art; Jewelry & Coins, off Ginn Rd in South Knoxville. The sale has a 240 Lot Online Auction on this site and a lovely Tag Sale in the home, too. Access to preview and tag sale day is by appointment.
THE ONLINE AUCTION INCLUDES: Conant Ball Mid Century Dining Room, Bedroom & Nesting Tables; Antique Bedroom that this family brought to US from Germany, along with lots of Gold Coins & Fine Jewelry; great Framed Art by Marilene Foxx, a member of Knoxville's Art Group 21, plus lots of Painting Supplies; UT Memorabilia and an Atmos Clock related to famous 1940 era Football Vol Bob Foxx; big vintage Steiff Toy Collection; Sterling Flatware;
THE TAG SALE INCLUDES:
The sale is located in a home off Ginn Rd in South Knoxville. The street is small so we're running the sale by appointment. Anyone can get an appointment using the Online Scheduler we'll have on our main website, www.SevenSeasEstateSales.com, starting Sunday, June 23rd.
It's a clean, no smoking home.
We are selling assets for Marilene Foxx and consignments for Janice Pratt, Stephen Gibson, Danielle Ahern, Bryan Norris and the Estate of Judy Kidd.
You get the address when you book an appointment to attend. Anyone can get an appointment using the Online Scheduler we'll have on our main website, www.SevenSeasEstateSales.com, starting Sunday, June 23rd.
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH FIXED ENDING TIMES. Items end one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Many
lots also have Buy Now Prices. Items may be purchased immediately
at the Buy Now Price. Otherwise all Unsold Lots sell to the highest bidder,
without reserve on Friday night.
Bidding does not extend, even when bids are placed in closing seconds.
Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your
maximum price.
THERE IS a 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON THIS SALE.
THERE IS NO SALES TAX ON THIS SALE! See our additional notes section for Principals. In the event Seven Seas or certain consignors are selling items in a sale, those lots will be subject to sales tax and the Lot Numbers will be so noted in the introduction and at the item level.
USING ‘BUY NOW’: To
Purchase an item at the 'Buy Now' price, Click the Buy Now link shown
above the Current Bid with a shopping cart icon. People who Buy Now may pick up
either day of the sale. We send out Buy Now Invoices the day before the
sale. (Note: Do NOT place a bid or maxbid equal to, or higher than, the Buy Now amount!)
WATCH LIST & PROFILE: You can view your Watch List and the items you are bidding on by clicking on your bidder # at the top right of any page, once you are logged in. This also gives you access to your profile where you can keep your contact info and credit card up to date.
INVOICE & PAYMENT: An
invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's
registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive
an e-mail invoice in 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact
us. WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo. We also buy coins, silver and gold at checkout so you can pay with those, too.
Reply to your Invoice Email and Request a Revised Invoice, With Shipping. Register a card with us and you can then pay through our site or ask us to run your card for you. OR Use our Paypal link to pay, which also gets you fastest shipping to a verified address.
We ship ONLY to the address in your bidder account or in Paypal.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.
