Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of May 31-June , 2024, to liquidate the contents of a historic home with outstanding Antiques, Art & Collectibles in the College Park area of Maryville, TN. This home has been on the Historic Homes Tour and twas famous for seasonal decoration, plus she ran an Upholstery Studio in her garage. The sale has a 256 Lot Online Auction on this site and a HUGE Tag Sale in the home, too. Access to preview and tag sale day is by appointment due to tight quarters and many fragile items.

Bidding opens May 21st and many items have Buy Now Prices! Bidding Ends 7-11 pm on Friday, May 21st, a little faster than 1 item per minute. ALL PICKUP IS SATURDAY, JUNE 1st, by Appointment, at the home in Maryville. Delivery is available and shipping is available by courier service to UPS (See terms)

We are selling assets exclusively from the Estate of Susan Hibbard. Susan was a beloved customer of ours for years as well as an Antique Dealer and Upholstery instructor in local schools. She had a fine eye for antiques and genuine skill at repairing and refreshing them. This is an exceptional sale due simply to her years of dedicated collecting and hard work at filling her historic home with age-appropriate pieces. We are honored she chose us to conduct this sale for her, before she passed.

THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH FIXED ENDING TIMES. Items end one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Many
lots also have Buy Now Prices. Items may be purchased immediately
at the Buy Now Price. Otherwise all Unsold Lots sell to the highest bidder,
without reserve on Friday night.
Bidding does not extend, even when bids are placed in closing seconds.
Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your
maximum price.

INVOICE & PAYMENT: An
invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's
registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive
an e-mail invoice in 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact
us. WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo. We also buy coins, silver and gold at checkout so you can pay with those, too.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.
