Sale, to liquidate contents of a lovely home in the Fountain City area
of Knoxville, TN, over the weekend of October 18-19, 2024.
The Online Auction
has 240 Lots of Furniture, Art, Electronics, Capodimonte Collection;
Lighthouses; US Silver Coins, and a full complement of Golf Fairway
& Greens Mowers by John Deere, Toro and more! Most items besides
coins have a Buy Now Options; otherwise all lots sell to the highest
bidder on Oct 18th, with no reserves or sales tax! There is 10% Buyer’s

There is a lovely Tag Sale in the home both days as well!
Due to Limited parking and small street, we’ll run this sale by appointment. See our home website for Tag Sale details and appointments.
The sale is in a clean, no smoking home and all the furniture has been well kept other than dings noted or shown
The home has it's own golf hole that has been loving kept for decades, with lots of generations of mowing equipment, all of which is in the auction and will be available to preview on Friday the 18th.
We are selling Assets belonging to Linda King as well as consignments from Sue Russell, Doris Gibson and coins from Seven Seas Trading.
The home is above Fountain City off Parkdale, Ridgecrest etc. You get the address and direcitons when you book an appointment to attend. The scheduler is on the page for this sale on our home website, starting the Sunday before the sale.
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION WITH FIXED ENDING TIMES. Items end one per minute, starting at 7 pm. Many
lots also have Buy Now Prices. Items may be purchased immediately
at the Buy Now Price. Otherwise all Unsold Lots sell to the highest bidder,
without reserve on Friday night.
Bidding does not extend, even when bids are placed in closing seconds.
Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your
maximum price.

either day of the sale. We send out Buy Now Invoices the day before the
sale. (Note: Do NOT place a bid or maxbid equal to, or higher than, the Buy Now amount!)
WATCH LIST & PROFILE:
You can view your Watch List and the items you are bidding on by
clicking on your bidder # at the top right of any page, once you are
logged in. This also gives you access to your profile where you can
keep your contact info and credit card up to date.
INVOICE & PAYMENT: An
invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's
registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive
an e-mail invoice in 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact
us. WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash, Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo. We also buy coins, silver and gold at checkout so you can pay with those, too.
Reply to your Invoice Email and Request a Revised Invoice, With Shipping. If you have a card on file, we'll add the fees, charge your card, and ship your items right out. Otherwise we'll send you a REVISED Invoice. Use our Paypal linkto pay, which also gets you fastest shipping to a verified address. Alternately you can Venmo to @SevenSeasEstates or just call us before 2:30 on the pickup day.
We ship ONLY to the address in your bidder account or in Paypal. WE ARE SHIPPING ONLY COINS FROM THIS SALE.
Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.
