Soft Close means the timer reverts to 2 minutes to go when bids are placed within the last 2 minutes.  All Lots then sell to the highest bidder.  Use the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your maximum price.  If several items are extending, refresh your screen to have them cluster at the top of the page.  Switch from 'Open item' to 'All items' to see items that have closed.

WATCH LIST & PROFILE: You can view your Watch List and the items you are bidding on by clicking on your bidder # at the top right of any page, once you are logged in.  This also gives you access to your profile where you can keep your contact info and credit card up to date. Please register a card if you expect to get coins or jewelry shipped.

TIME OUTS: Our system logs bidders off after 60 minutes of inactivity on a laptop.  If you use a phone and switch screens a lot or put it to sleep, prices may also stop refreshing. Refresh your screen to be sure you are seeing current timing and bids.  Once items close, refresh again to confirm if  you are the winner, or check your Watch List.

INVOICE & PAYMENT: An invoice with payment instructions/address will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice in 2 hours after the close of bidding please contact us.  WINNERS MUST PAY THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE, EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. We accept Cash,  Good Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal & Venmo.  

PICK UP & SHIPPING: Winners MUST Pickup up items the day after auction close - OR - Arrange for Delivery or Shipping. Frank Lamuth is making deliveries from this sale. Shipping is available on Jewelry & Coins but  only on select other Lots with pre-approval.  Please register a credit card in advance if you expect to request shipping.
To Arrange Shipping: Reply to your Invoice Email and Request a Revised Invoice, With Shipping.  PLEASE Register a Credit Card if you want shipping! We'll add the fees, charge your card, and ship your items right out.  Otherwise we'll send you a REVISED Invoice. Use our Paypal link to pay, which also gets you fastest shipping to a verified address. Alternately you can Venmo to @SevenSeasEstates or just call us before close on pickup day.
We ship ONLY to the address in your bidder account or in Paypal.

Your Bid is a Contract to purchase the item. Winners who don't pay for the items and shipping by the stated times will not be permitted to bid on future auctions.

Shipping:  We use US Priority Mail, insured.  Normal cost for Coins & Jewelry is $10 for small priority box, plus $2/$100 in value for insurance.  We're an Estate Sale Company: we use 'used stuff' for boxes and packaging.
